Riddec Games is excited to announce the official release of Sari-Sari Shop, our first 7×7 cascading slot. Inspired by the bright world of traditional Filipino neighborhood stores, the game brings together engaging mechanics, distinctive artwork, and a character who makes every spin feel a little more personal.

We're particularly proud of how this game turned out. Every element, from the visuals and animations to the sound design and gameplay, works together to create a cohesive experience.

Meet Tita Nene, the Heart of Sari-Sari Shop

The real star of the game is Tita Nene, the cheerful shopkeeper who brings the entire experience to life.

She occupies only a small part of the screen, yet her presence changes the way the game feels. Tita Nene doesn't simply stand beside the reels. This character actively responds to what's happening through her voice, facial expressions, gestures, and movements. Tita builds anticipation when something exciting might be coming, encourages players during the action, celebrates winning combinations, and bursts into infectious laughter.

These small interactions create a sense of connection between the player and the character, making Tita Nene an essential part of the game's personality.

Our First Cascading Slot

Sari-Sari Shop also marks an important milestone for Riddec Games as our first title featuring cascading reels.

Built on a 7×7 grid, the game uses Cluster Pays and cascading mechanics to keep the action moving as winning symbols disappear and new ones take their place.

The gameplay also includes:

• Multiplier Symbols to increase winning potential

• Free Spins for additional winning opportunities

• Buy Bonus for direct access to the bonus feature

• Special Bets for more gameplay options

• Maximum Win of 10,000× the bet

Together, these features create a dynamic experience complemented by Tita Nene's constant reactions.

A Little Piece of the Philippines

From familiar products on the reels to the atmosphere of a neighborhood sari-sari store, the game celebrates the charm of everyday Filipino culture. The shop setting, colorful details, expressive animations, and Tita Nene's lively personality all contribute to a world that feels consistent and full of character. For us, Sari-Sari Shop is a great example of how a memorable character can become much more than a visual element. Even with limited screen space, Tita Nene gives the entire game its identity.
